HOW TO MAKE HOTEL BOOKING
Balinara.Com guaranties that you will have the quality
of services from the hotels as stated in website.
Some hotels have seasonal surcharges, please read respective
conditions carefully before making reservation in order to avoid
any misunderstanding of rates.
Procedure Of Reservation
We are providing the Online Reservation for our respective website
customers without any membership required. To get reservation
for accommodation, please kindly to select the accomodation
you would like to reserve, fill the reservation form completely
and submit it with your valid email address, then we will reply
your reservation to your email. We will process your inquiry
within 2 x 24 hours, soon we have the confirmation from
the hotel, we will back to you for the confirmation for your
booking or reservation as soon as possible. We will need "ADVANCE
PAYMENT/DEPOSIT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER IF POSSIBLE to for
secure your room once you have confirmation. We will issue then
A CONFIRMATION VOUCHER after all information required
is completed. Please print this confirmation slip and kindly
show to the receptionist of the hotel upon arrival
Please note,
No reservation/confirmation will be proceeded for incomplete
booking procedures.
Upon check-in date
Guest shall present personally, A CONFIRMATION VOUCHER
issued by BaliNara Com' and other necessary identification
documents (passport) for the purposes of confirming dentity
and reservation to the relevant personnel at the hotel.
BaliNara.com shall not be liable in any way
if hotel refuses to accept or honour the Credit Card for any
reasons. Furthermore, BaliNara.com makes no responsibility
to any surcharges made by Member's Credit Card issuer and/or
his/her partner Banks. Member need to check his/her Credit Card
issuer if he/she has any questions regarding this matter.
Cancellation Policy
Guest is liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed
by Hotel/Villas in respect to such modifications/changes for
shortening of stay and/or downgrading, extension of stay and/or
upgrading of room type or full cancellation based on hotel/villa
current Cancellation Policy. BaliNara Com, will not charge for
any cancellation. BUT The Hotels or Accommodation shall have
prerogative to levy cancellation fee based on current Cancellation
Policy
Liability
Balinara.Com cooperation with associated hotels and other partner
business act only as agent for the respective hotels, suppliers
and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation
and services. We shall not be responsible for injury, damage,
loss, accident, delay or others causes beyond its control, (force
majeur) or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence
on our part including.
Law of Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic
of Indonesia. The regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall
rules any claims or legal actions arising relating this agreement.
