Up to 2 hours trek through spectacular green lush scenery of
rice paddies and is as picturesque as any tramp through the

There are three options of trekking progran that you can
choose.
SHORT TREKKING TRIP ( price US$ 25net/person )
Distance : about 7 km
Hours : about 2 to 3 hrs
Additional Person : US$ 20/pax
This trip will start from campuhan river path - bangkiang sidem
- Payogan temple - lungsiakan - sanggingan and will stop at
campuhan bridge. Along this trip you will see green lush scenery
and nice panoramic view of campuhan valley.
MEDIUM TREKKING TRIP ( price US$ 30net/person )
Distance : about 9 km
Hours : about 4 to 5 hrs
Additional Person : US$ 20/pax
Trip start from Aqua duck or abangan through the paddies path
walks, kelabang moding - sakti - sambahan and will finish at
ubud palace. You will face a nice rice terrace view and interesting
village.
LONG TREKKING TRIP ( price US$ 35net/person )
Distance : up to 15 km and could be more
Hours : up to 5 hrs
Additional Person : US$ 20/pax
Our driver will drop you to "Gunung Kawi " a group
of large stone memorials cut into cliffs on either side of a
picturesque river valley. Belived to the date from the 11th
century.It is situated at Sebatu village. You will be direct
to umatiti village - delod blumbang - and finish at "Griya
Sakti Manuaba Temple. If you strong enough you may continue
the trip till Sapat Village. This trip is the most interesting
due to you will witnessing a beautuful rice terrace, natural
view from the river, meet the rural people community. Be aware,
this trip will need high stamina of trekker.
All trekking trip will be held by our local guide called GreeDay
Team. All area are in ubud village and tegallalang.

Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga focuses on the in-depth study of Asanas (postures)
and Pranayama (breath control). In Iyengar, Asanas are held

Ubud Cooking Classes
The Casa Luna Cooking School classes provide a fascinating insight
into Balinese life, beliefs and culture through learning about
its food, cooking and culinary myths. Class discussions are
relaxed and friendly and are held in the lush tropical setting
of the family compound of hosts, Ketut Suardana and Janet De
Neefe. They include specific references to the role of food
in Balinese society, its ceremonial use and religious importance.
There is also cooking classes which is provided by Bumbu Bali
Restaurant on Suweta st opposite the Puri Saren palace.
Ubud Dance and Gamelan
If you are interested in some dances or gamelan seen on the
performance and would inquiries for lesson just visit The Yayasan

Peliatan. The Yayasan offers Balinese music and dance classes
for everyone who wish to become very involved with Balinese
dance and Gamelan. There are also Dwi Bumi Balinese Arts and
